i love how all of the foxes are amazed when neil gets andrew to do something
they’re in awe and like “how do you do it??” and neil just says that he asked, like sweetie.. that’s not helpful to them

he only agrees because he has a crush on you

even more than that, I think that what makes the difference is the fact that neil ASKS at all. and not only he asks, but he explains why he needs the thing, and is open to find a compromise where he offers something back to andrew (when has anyone ever done this to him).
andrew likes to say no to kevin out of spite, but kevin treats him like he knows what’s best for him more than andrew himself, and andrew should automatically follow his lead because of course.
the others straight out deny that andrew can even be talked with. they start with prejudice, and it plays to andrew’s convenience that they leave him alone.
but if andrew had to accept the bother, it would be from someone he’s interested in (check), and from someone who has the decency of treating him with respect (check).

asking the interviewer questions at the end of a job interview is such a power move like… i know most interviewers ask for questions but they never expect me to hit them with the “what are the biggest opportunities for your company right now? what are the biggest challenges?” and “what are your expectations for this role during the first 30 days? 60 days? the first year?” one-two combo. like yeah bitch now who’s in the hot seat? prove to me that i should work for your company!

A French tennis player was slapped with a violation at the US Open on Tuesday for taking off her shirt to readjust it while on the court.

The tournament, held in Queens, New York, has been plagued by an unrelenting heat wave with temperatures soaring upward of 96 degrees Tuesday, with a heat index making it feel like over 100 degrees at times.

The players were given a 10-minute break to cool off and rehydrate, during which Alizé Cornet put on a fresh shirt. When she returned to the court, she realized her shirt was on backward. She quickly took off the shirt and put it back on, prompting umpire Christian Rask to hit her with a code violation.

Women’s Tennis Association rules dictate that players may only remove shirts while off-court. No such rules apply to male players, who took their shirts off frequently Tuesday, to deal with the blistering heat.
