Razan Al Najjar was a non-combatant, a citizen nurse within the borders of her own country. Soldiers gunning down unarmed civilians is a war crime, but specifically targeting unarmed medical personnel with sniper fire—when they clearly had their hands up—is profoundly immoral and malevolent.

It was cold blooded murder.
