i wonder if jester was raised in a brothel that her mother owns or something hmmmmmm

maybe her mother was a worker who later took on the establishment or something? which would explain jester looking for her father if he was, say, a customer. 

jester’s mother has enough money to send her some on her trip so it would make sense for her to have some wealth, which swings me in the way of her either owning the brothel now or being one of the better off workers.
