THE PERSON I HOOK UP WITH RECOGNIZED MY FIC AS MINE AS THEY READ IT BECAUSE THE SEX IN IT REMINDED THEM TOO MUCH OF THE SEX WE’VE HAD………. I WANT TO DIE……………….
me, a 16th century swordsman, with a new clay-tempered sword: *loudly but casually unsheathes it*
my friend, clearly peanut butter and jealous: oh. thats nice. is that c-
me: clay-tempered? yeah. it is.
Aaaaand a few selfies I actually took this time, plus a close up of my tank top cause I love it
I forgot to upload the photos we took at Madrid’s Pride last weekend!! It was actually the first time I’ve been able to go, since I’m usually up to my neck in exams this time of the month!!
Happy Pride, everyone! I was just ruminating over how much gayer I am than I ever thought I was or let myself be, and how much happier a teenager I would’ve been if someone had told me it was okay to feel that way about girls, or y’know, had gay cartoons to watch. 😉
I was honored to illustrate this for Nick, and I hope Korrasami is just one of many future queer relationships represented in kids’ media.
I can’t get over how beautiful this piece is! This beautiful couple means the world to me and it’s still sometimes hard for me to believe that we were gifted with the Korrasami finale back in December of 2014! I still vividly remember all the feelings and emotions I experienced as if it only happened yesterday!
Thank you so much to Mike, Bryan, Irene and everyone involved with the creation of TLOK show/comics! This series has touched the hearts of so many wonderful people and after all of these years, it still continues to unite communities together and serve as a beacon of hope and love!
